Columbus Park is transformed into a canine park.

The design of this park would be determined by the residents but in order for the overall vision to work it must have a multitude of off-street diagonal parking spaces in order to help accommodate the patrons of the event facility. Though this park is very close to Central Park and the new event facility we would still advise a large heated shuttle bus shelter for in-climate and winter weather.

196 off street parking spots which when combined with the 146 new off street parking spots at Central Park and the 190 parking spots at Huron park give city residents over 480 new  easily accessible off-street parking lots to choose from. Combine this with the parking already available downtown and the new pay-for parking lots most assuredly to spring up from entrepreneurs and all of the parking requirements can be met especially working in conjunction with the Erie County Fairgrounds as a Pay-for site.
